Replacement versus repair depends on the age and wear of the appliance. If the appliance is in its early or middle stages of its average working lifetime, our staff will most likely recommend repairing the problem and starting a yearly maintenance plan to keep it in its best condition.

As a general rule of thumb, we recommend repairing if the total repair cost is less than 50% of the total replacement cost (purchase price, sales tax, installation, and any necessary modifications) of the appliance. However, age and condition of the appliance should also be considered, as the durability, ease of use, and basic construction of older machines may play a role. If the appliance is older or beyond repair, we recommend replacing it with a new one. We offer factory warranties and payment plans when purchasing from us.

Here are the expected lifetimes of every type of household appliances:

Washer: 11 years

Dryer: 14 years

Refrigerator & Freezer: 15 years

Dishwasher: 10 years

Gas Ovens: 15 years

Electric Stove: 15 years

If your new appliance is broken or malfunctioning, please contact us so we can help assess the problem and guide you through the process of obtaining warranty support from the manufacturer if necessary. After the warranty period, we offer full-service repair and maintenance programs.

Most of the time, we are able to repair the appliance, replace the necessary parts, or start the sale process the first time we visit you. Our service van stocks common and hard-to-find appliance parts for easy repair with no downtime. Best of all, when you have our expert technicians repair your broken appliance your service call charge will be waived.

Yes. We use state-of-the-art scheduling tools to manage, track, and confirm appointments. On the day prior to our visit, we will call or text you to confirm your appointment, and we will call or text again when we are en route to your home.

We will provide a short window for our service staff to arrive at your home. It is our priority to make your experience as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
